class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A pobreza e o dif\u00edcil acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos grupos vulner\u00e1veis constituem frequentemente uma desvantagem acrescida da vida em contexto rural. O projeto FUNGIPRENEURS visa apoiar a inclus\u00e3o social de grupos vulner\u00e1veis em zonas rurais atrav\u00e9s da sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental sobre a import\u00e2ncia dos fungos para os ecossistemas e o valor comercializ\u00e1vel dos recursos micol\u00f3gicos, promovendo a mudan\u00e7a de comportamentos, o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias ecol\u00f3gicas e o empreendedorismo social respons\u00e1vel e sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>O projeto centrar-se-\u00e1 nos formadores de adultos (utilizadores) e nos grupos vulner\u00e1veis das zonas rurais (benefici\u00e1rios), visando:<\/p><ul><li>Desenvolver as compet\u00eancias dos formadores que lidam com os benefici\u00e1rios dos projetos.<\/li><li>Produzir ferramentas e m\u00e9todos educativos baseados nas TIC que os formadores utilizar\u00e3o com grupos vulner\u00e1veis nas zonas rurais para desenvolver as suas compet\u00eancias e orient\u00e1-los para o empreendedorismo social com base na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de class=\"elementor-icon-box-description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os fungos s\u00e3o um dos grupos de organismos mais ricos em esp\u00e9cies na Europa, com pelo menos 75.000 esp\u00e9cies. Desempenham um papel ecol\u00f3gico essencial nos ecossistemas florestais e a maioria dos pa\u00edses europeus produziu listas vermelhas de fungos, com mais de 5.500 macrofungos. At\u00e9 10-20% dos macrofungos europeus est\u00e3o amea\u00e7ados e uma das principais causas \u00e9 a gest\u00e3o inadequada das florestas e das terras agr\u00edcolas. Assim, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio desenvolver estrat\u00e9gias de gest\u00e3o florestal sustent\u00e1vel para melhorar a resili\u00eancia das florestas, promovendo a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria ambiental dos habitats e recursos micol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>\nOs cogumelos florestais tamb\u00e9m prestam servi\u00e7os recreativos e s\u00e3o comercializ\u00e1veis, potencialmente rent\u00e1veis como produtos ou componentes comest\u00edveis, nutrac\u00eauticos e medicinais. Em algumas zonas, o valor dos recursos de cogumelos excede largamente o da madeira e foram criadas empresas para processar fungos comest\u00edveis e medicinais. Rural poverty is linked to the specific disadvantages of rural areas, and affects more women, youth, elderly, migrants, ethnic minorities, small farmers and agricultural seasonal workers.<\/p>\n\n<p>The agricultural and farming sector faces specific challenges in this regard, including low income, lack of knowledge and entrepreneurial skills or lack of continuity in family farming. On the one hand, the need for suitable entrepreneurship support, education and training are key factors that could contribute to better employment in rural areas and, on the other, SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP has been highlighted as a tool for creating new jobs, boost local economies and strengthening rural communities.<\/p>\n\n<p>The European Green Deal is aimed at achieving climate neutrality in the EU by 2050. For this, it is essential to produce a change in people\u2019s values, attitudes and skills, and this change can only be achieved through education. The education-based strategy is especially necessary in vulnerable communities, where alternative strategies (based on the access to innovative technologies and financial resources) are less Testar as ferramentas desenvolvidas em contextos formativos reais. PONTOS-CHAVE DO PROJETO Perguntas e respostas Porqu\u00ea fungos? Os fungos s\u00e3o um dos grupos de organismos mais ricos em esp\u00e9cies na Europa, com pelo menos 75.000 esp\u00e9cies. Desempenham um papel ecol\u00f3gico essencial nos ecossistemas florestais e a maioria dos pa\u00edses europeus produziu listas vermelhas de fungos, com mais de 5.500 macrofungos. At\u00e9 10-20% dos macrofungos europeus est\u00e3o amea\u00e7ados e uma das principais causas \u00e9 a gest\u00e3o inadequada das florestas e das terras agr\u00edcolas. Assim, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio desenvolver estrat\u00e9gias de gest\u00e3o florestal sustent\u00e1vel para melhorar a resili\u00eancia das florestas, promovendo a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria ambiental dos habitats e recursos micol\u00f3gicos. Porqu\u00ea grupos vulner\u00e1veis nas zonas rurais? Statistics show that people in rural areas have the highest risk of poverty or social exclusion (23,9%), affecting 32 million of Europeans according to Eurostat. Rural poverty is linked to the specific disadvantages of rural areas, and affects more women, youth, elderly, migrants, ethnic minorities, small farmers and agricultural seasonal workers. The agricultural and farming sector faces specific challenges in this regard, including low income, lack of knowledge and entrepreneurial skills or lack of continuity in family farming. On the one hand, the need for suitable entrepreneurship support, education and training are key factors that could contribute to better employment in rural areas and, on the other, SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP has been highlighted as a tool for creating new jobs, boost local economies and strengthening rural communities.
